I met SV Law at a very important time. They were crucial partners and it was an extremely complex case, dealing with foreign funds and a type of operation that Brazil had rarely had the opportunity to witness. Rodrigo, in particular, was very attentive, and much more than a legal adviser. He became a friend at the most difficult time. From then on, a very trustful relationship was formed, so I started to introduce SV Law to other big entrepreneurs who needed this type of specialized service, since they are able to structure deals and M&A of startups. Few offices in Brazil understand this business model. This relationship of trust is growing; and today, in another business that I have founded, I continue working with Rodrigo.
